Pro Dive Cairns
As a Dive Instructor and liveaboard crew member at ProDive Cairns, I contributed to creating exceptional diving experiences on our 3-day liveaboard trips, which included up to 10 dives per trip. My role encompassed teaching foundational scuba courses over two days in the classroom and pool, followed by leading guided dives and providing ongoing instruction during the liveaboard.
In addition to instructing and guiding, I took on diverse responsibilities essential to operations, including:
- Driving the company’s 11-passenger mini-bus for guest pickups and drop-offs.
- Managing equipment preparation, handling, and maintenance.
- Preparing, loading, and cleaning the boat to ensure readiness and a pristine environment.
- Performing ropework and handling mooring during dock operations.
- Filling tanks and maintaining safety standards on board.
- Providing housekeeping services and exceptional customer service to ensure guest comfort.
